在現在，越來越多的人受到壓力與情緒的困擾，台灣在全球壓力排行中甚至位居第二，壓力與情緒帶來了很多問題——輕則失眠；重則引發精神疾病，近年來情緒障礙相關疾病所致的社會事件頻傳，它們所造成的職業倦怠，也已被WHO承認為一種疾病。 Nowadays, more and more people are suffering from stress and emotions. Taiwan even ranks second in the Global Stress Ranking. Stress and emotions cause a lot of problems — at worse, it can cause insomnia; social events caused by diseases which related to mood disorders have spread frequently these years; the Burnout they cause has also been recognized as a disease by The WHO. 我們想藉由有著濃厚精神與文化底蘊的茶道，應用正念這項新腦力運動相結合，以陶瓷柔和的色調、竹的自然純粹，提供一種健康生活的新方式。 By using the soft color of ceramics and the natural purity of bamboo, we want to use mindfulness to provide a new way to help those people who are under stress and emotional problems through the tea ceremony that is rich in spiritual and cultural connotations.

我們觀察到當代人存在壓力與情緒心理健康問題，想藉由有著濃厚精神與文化底蘊的茶道，應用正念，以陶瓷柔和的色調、竹的自然純粹，提供一種健康生活的新方式。 We have observed the increasing stress and emotional problems of contemporary people. Therefore, by using the soft color of ceramics and the natural purity of bamboo, we want to provide a new way to help those people who are under stress and emotional problems through the tea ceremony which is rich in spiritual and cultural connotations.
